RIDE DON'T HIDE 2017

Thanks again to everyone who came out and made the ride a success! We surpassed our fundraising goal and managed to raise $2,545.00 for the Canadian Mental Health Association. Everyone who rode and supported our team helped break down stigma in our community, and we are both appreciative and proud of the effort from all of you to make our journey a continued success.

  • Eating or sleeping too much or too little.
  • Pulling away from people and usual activities.
  • Having low or no energy.

  • Experiencing severe mood swings that cause problems in relationships.
  • Having persistent thoughts and memories you can’t get out of your head.
  • Thinking of harming yourself or others.
