THE WINTER FUNDRAISER

We are thrilled to announce that we raised a total of $5, 430.74 at our 2018 Winter Fundraiser! We would like to say a huge thank you to our sponsors, to everyone who came out to Central City Brewpub, to everyone who supported but wasn’t able to attend, and to everyone who continues to make mental health a priority conversation. None of this would be possible without you. We are so lucky to be reducing stigma alongside such a wonderful group of supporters!

​Not sure if you or someone you know is suffering with their mental health? Here are some early warning signs...

  • Eating or sleeping too much or too little.
  • Pulling away from people and usual activities.
  • Having low or no energy.
  • Feeling numb or like nothing matters.
  • Feeling helpless or hopeless
  • Smoking, drinking, or using drugs more than usual. 
  • Experiencing severe mood swings that cause problems in relationships.
  • Having persistent thoughts and memories you can’t get out of your head.
  • Thinking of harming yourself or others.
